Experiential Learning

Involved at the grassroots, the Fellows will develop functional knowledge of the administration and the sector, as well as community engagement, stakeholder interaction and other communication and operational skills

Platform to showcase the projects and work

The publications and regular conventions held during the course of the program will provide the fellows with a platform to showcase their projects, progress and on-ground impact of their work.

Headstart into the development sector

The Young Professionals will be introduced to the administrative and governance structures, followed by scheme and sector-specific insights along with advanced topics of research methodology, project management, business writing, data analysis and stakeholder management. These skills will help them navigate their way not only through the work assigned during the program, but in their long-term careers as professionals in the development sector.
