Dr. Jain is serving in state think tank ‘Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Good Governance and Policy Analysis (AIGGPA)’ since June, 2016 in Centre for Infrastructure & Economic Development, Centre for Economic Sector and Centre for Economy, Trade & Innovation. He has appointed as Centre Head of newly established ‘Centre for Human Recourse and Technology (CHR-T)’ in Sept.2025.



Dr. Jain’s career has spanned corporate to government with entrepreneurship development to international funding agencies like (World Bank/IFAD/DFID) programs, implemented by Madhya Pradesh Government on rural women empowerment & livelihoods through SHGs & their federations/community institution building, PRI strengthening, FPOs & skill development, Training & Capacity Building to policy research and good governance. The wide range of various positions in government programs, combined with his rich field experience & intellectual depth, as reflected in his substantial studies and publications, gives him a unique multi-dimensional perspective on Indian development sector since last 3 decades.



Dr. Jain has generated mass employment through many interventions like development of two self-sustainable MSME clusters. One of them was also published in G-20 Summit (C-20 Seva Book) in 2023 as successful policy change initiative. He has also mentor to establish many individual enterprises for unemployed youth of the state. He has also contributed to conceptualize ‘Digital Public Infrastructure Enabled Carrier Development Model’, design various training modules, published 15 articles & research papers, 24 research studies on various ‘flagship government schemes’, and coordinated in drafting an act namely “Madhya Pradesh SHG & Their Federation Act-2023”.



Dr. Jain has also visited several countries for trainings & exposures and also participated in the SAARC Countries Summit for Nutrition Sensitive Agriculture Policies in 2023 and presented his ‘7D Model’. He has also organized many national and state level conclaves, seminars, trainings and workshops. Also delivered more than 2000 sessions on various themes & topics for senior government officers, police officers, youths, students, civil societies and faculties of the science and technology.



Dr. Jain holds a Ph.D. in HR Management from BU Bhopal, Bachelor in Science & Education, MBA in HR and other Masters in Physics, Sociology and Computer Science. He has also trained in MDPs from IRMA-Anand and IIFM-Bhopal. Dr. Jain awarded the ‘Best Productivity Award’ by Department of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of MP in 1999, ‘Samaj Ratna’ by Jain Society in 2006, ‘Best Academic Contribution Award’ in 2010 by IIPM, and also nominated for ‘Shushil Chandra Verma Award’ of the Govt. of MP in 2015-16. Apart from above, 100+ appreciation with certificates felicitated by many national & international organizations for his contribution in general elections, livelihoods promotion, innovative & sustainable strategies. These prestigious honor was bestowed in recognition of his significant contributions to entrepreneurship development, establishing three tier strong community institutions, enhancing innovative livelihood opportunities for rural & tribal poor women and capacity building. 



Dr. Jain’s personal vision is to provide equal opportunities by enabling environment for everyone to live their dignified life in his domain. He is also following the principles of wellness and living his disease free and medicine free life.
