- Key Functions of CHR-T
- Training & Capacity Building: Conduct workshops, seminars, and trainings on human development, digital governance, HR analytics, e‑governance & emerging technologies.
- Research & Policy Support: Undertake applied research projects to assess HR status and technology impacts on policy outcomes, process efficiencies, and service delivery.
- Technology Integration in Governance: Study, development and deployment of digital platforms (dashboards, mobile apps, AI tools) for enhanced planning, delivery, and real-time monitoring.
- Knowledge Sharing & Partnerships: Collaboration with academia, civil society, industry and startups to co-create impactful governance models, organize expert dialogues, and disseminate best practices to broaden reach and impact.
- Excellence in Bioeconomy - Cell (Special Program under CHR-T)
The Excellence in Bioeconomy Cell (EIBC) has been established to strengthen the state’s bioeconomy (Life Science based Economy) by promoting public awareness, supporting the formulation of policies that foster bio-based startups and industries, and providing research support for the development of innovative bio-based technologies. The Cell further emphasizes stakeholder collaboration for the exchange of knowledge, resources, and best practices, capacity building across sectors, and the integration of pioneering national and global innovations.
The establishment of the CHR-T signals a bold step toward future-ready governance in Madhya Pradesh.
