Dr. Jaya R. Koshta is currently serving as an Advisor at Centre for Human Resource and Technology. She holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication from MANIT, Bhopal, and has completed both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electronics and Communication from Nagpur University. A GATE-qualified scholar, she was awarded the MHRD-GATE scholarship during her M.Tech. program.







With over twelve years of academic experience at prestigious institutions, including VNIT, Nagpur, she has built strong expertise in teaching, research, and student mentorship in advanced areas of Electronics and Communication. She contributed to IIT Bombay’s MHRD-sponsored e-Yantra Project, applying advanced technologies and machine learning to develop practical, real-world solutions.







Her areas of interest include technology-driven governance, development of IT/ITeS and ESDM ecosystem, and promoting technology and innovation-led growth in diverse sectors.
